Your pregnancy is personal. Your data should be too.
Our Little Plan (OLP) is operated by Milkie Ventures LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. OLP is designed to collect only the information needed to organize and personalize your pregnancy-planning experience.
Information you choose to add
Your plan may include names, estimated due date, optional baby details, appointments, registry items, baby-shower planning, hospital and birth preparation, budget items, saved resources, and journey notes. Please avoid entering information you do not want stored with your plan.
Where information is stored
OLP keeps a local copy of plan information and unfinished drafts in your browser or installed app. If you connect Shared Plan, supported plan data is also stored with Supabase so accepted plan members can use the same workspace. OLP is hosted through Vercel.
Sharing and access
Shared Plan data is protected by account authentication and plan-membership rules. People join through the collaboration flow. Invitation links should be treated as private and sent only to the intended person.
Analytics
OLP uses PostHog to understand product usage such as screens viewed and guidance actions clicked. Our analytics layer is designed to exclude plan contents and sensitive fields such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, hospitals, symptoms, diagnoses, medical notes, baby details, and due dates.
Beta feedback and testimonials
Product feedback is private by default. Submitting feedback does not give OLP permission to use it in marketing. Signed-in users may separately allow an approved excerpt to be shared anonymously or with their first name, may separately choose whether to include their pregnancy week, and may later remove that permission. OLP reviews permitted excerpts before any public display and does not publish private feedback fields.
Reminders and notifications
If you enable reminders, OLP may use Resend for email delivery and browser push services for device alerts. Appointment reminder messages may include timing and a link back to your plan, but are designed not to include appointment notes or care-provider details. Device alerts may appear on a lock screen.
Health-system connections
Production MyChart/Epic connections are not currently enabled. OLP will not ask you to enter a MyChart password into OLP. Any future production health connection will use the health system's supported authorization flow and will receive a separate privacy and security review before release.
Your controls
Settings includes controls to clear OLP data stored on the current device. Signed-in users can also request permanent account deletion from Settings. Deleting an owner account also deletes a Shared Plan owned by that account, including the cloud plan data shared with its members.
Retention
Local information remains on the device until you remove it, clear site data, or use OLP's local-data control. Cloud plan information remains while the connected account and plan exist, subject to operational backups and service-provider retention practices. Beta feedback may be retained to improve OLP unless it is no longer needed.
